Oh, and Mom said she has something called "mean professors" and "lots of homework for her night school classes" so we might not get to blog much this week. But she also wanted you to know that she finally got her silver machine back! And this means that I (Cloud) am going for my shots today! Let's hope I don't react the way I did a month ago!!

Mancat-in-Training Monday

Weekend Cat Blogging Here-6th Update

Funny Picture Friday is now over, but you can still submit pictures for the contest in two weeks. Check back here on Monday for the winner of FPF and to find out our new middle names.

First Update So far, Brownie is telling us about his wonderful trip to Argentina, and there are Two New Visitors at The House of Chaos. We also see that Frida is able to be patient and statuesque. This is TOTALLY opposite of what we can do! You should see the mess we made with our food last night playing THoE all evening!! And then Parker has just one word- er Meow- to say to us.

Second Update We just had to interrupt our own hosting to say that hosting WCB is apparently very tiring. Or, at least, playing THoE nonstop for several hours is... (The Beans are so thrilled they finally got a shot of us sleeping next to each other!)


Third Update Pia reminds the beans that they don't need a tv after all. Instead, cats are not only easy on the eye, but entertaining too! Of Course! (Mom Note: And Destructive :))

Fourth Update Pierro and Princess' Mom cut her own paw with a tree-attacking device. She is basically OK, but let's send her some purrs.
Catsynth has a sad but good photo for the Photo Hunt this week.
Visit Phoebe to see a wonderful portrait that her human painted of her.

Fifth Update Cece's Human took several absolutely gorgeous photos of Cece and put them on both of their blogs.
Tristan wrote a sonnet about his Halloween Bonnet. He looks so dashing in it that he made Cloud swoon!

Sixth UpdateWhimpurr has rescued a Siamese kitten!. They can't rescue anymore after this for a while because they are at "maximum catacity!"

Thursday Thirteen

First, some news. We will be having our first Funny Picture Friday contest tomorrow. Please read the information in our sidebar and email us your pictures to catsinmd at gmail dot com with pictures and any questions.
Also, we will be hosting weekend cat blogging this weekend. We did not really know what this was, and Texas had told mom he didn't know either. All you has to do is post a comment in the weekend cat blogging post (which will be on our blog this weekend) with what is going on at your blog for that weekend.
Last thing before the Thursday Thirteen...Why does Cloud have more votes for a middle name than I do??

THURSDAY THIRTEEN: 13 things about October
1. Dad's second favorite day of the year is October 1st.
2. Dad's first favorite day of the year is October 31st.
3. Some friends of Mommy and Daddy are getting married this October (Texas' Mommy C and his almost-dad)
4. Dad likes October 1st because that's when Mommy lets him put up Howloween decorations
5. Dad likes October 31st because that's Howloween
6. One of our grandpabean's birthdays is on Howloween.
7. We will be 4 months old this October.
8. Trees turn strange colors and shed their leaf-furs everywhere in October. We haven't seen this before in our lives. Is it scary?
9. Our beans are planning on trying to dress us up for Holloween.(Dadbean:Your Mom is planning on trying to dress you two up!)
10. Mom and Dad so their own cost yuums that they wear when they give out treats in October. What's so-ing? What's a cost yuum?
11. They give out treats in October. (Wait, just to children?!?!?! But we are children- we are kittens!!)
12. We got graphics from Ann at Zoolatry for Holloween. We will show you them when it gets closer to Holloween.
13. Dad turns the house very scary for Holloween. We already have seen evidence of this. He was scaring us with a spider yesterday. We will show photographic evidence of this later.
