Mom works long weekend shifts now (fooey) so we will have to be relatively quiet during the weekend, but then we have plenty of time during the week to post and visit. Oh and Mom got her grade for her course back (she only took one this semester since she works full time too) and she got a B! Beee, Oh no! :)

Window Views Thursday

So today is Window Views Thursday. We've teknically been purrticipating all week, because those birds have been outside all week werking on nest building. There was a grey bird on the fence near the tree, and a crow with nesting materials in his beak, on the fence on top of the mess of green plants (Clematis).
Now the grey bird is on the Clematis. Mom circled him for you.

Comment-athon to benefit Charlie Cat

Miss Peach had a wonderful idea to benefit Charlie Cat and his fambly.
As most of you know, Charlie Cat has been very ill and spent a lot of time in the cat hospital recently before he was finally able to come home. In addition to that, his Daddy Charley has been quite ill too (fortunately it seems he is recovering too).
Well, Charlie's Mommy ML has been through tons of stress with all this, we is sure, plus Charlie's hospital stay must've been one GINORMOUS bill. So, Miss Peach is having a commenthaton to help pays his V-E-T bills, and now SO ARE WE!Our Commentathon will end at 12:01AM EST Friday 5/29/09. We will donate 25 cents per comment left on our blog, and then we will also match whatever Miss Peach raises as well. Mom does insist that we mention that the total maximum we can donate through the commentathons is 200 green papers.

Mancat in training Monday

FIFTY!

Niko: Mom has some good news, so I am going to tell you about it on this blog even though it's the blog for ME AND CLOUD. Mom has promised to post a wonderful photo Dad took of me tomorrow for Mancat Monday, in return.

Mom has officially lost her fiftieth(AND fifty-first) pound today! A few of you know that Mom started Weight Watchers last July.
Here are the before and "after" (even though she's not done yet!) pictures that she put on Facebook. Dad took a bunch of photos today to use his new camera, and as sort of a "photo shoot" to celebrate this accomplishment, so more will be arriving on Facebook and probably on here (he took some with us in the pictors) in coming posts!

Kwestion

Mom was helping us check out the blogs today, and we found a furry funny pictor of a mostly white kitteh, who was stretched out in a sort of yoga pose and so floofy that you could barely see which part was the head and which was the rest of the kitteh.
Most thought it was just hilarious. But now she wants to show Daddeh and she can't figure out where she saw the posty (she knows it was one of our blogosphere friends, but there are so many of us now).

We now return our Mommeh to her regularly scheduled textbooks.

Back Soon

Mom says her classes are almost over, and that means she has to work hard on them for the next two weeks instead of blogging much, but once class is done, we should have plenty of time to blog again.
She claims that's why we haven't been blogging much the past few weeks too.
Well, see everyone in a few weeks then, while we lay on Mom's text books and purr.

Things for a Birfday

Mom is 26 today. She says this pictor is an example of what everyone should get to see on their birfday.

She said unfortunately, she has to see a desk for several hours now (she works weekends), and the Bean is awake now but has dragon breath and isn't as cute as in this pictor right now, and the cats are considerably larger and currently bouncing off walls.
But she will come home from work tonight and snuggle us all anyway.

Socky Saturday

Cloud: For those who asked, I was looking out the window at birds. Mom likes to feed the birds outside, and the bird feeder is near that window. So Friday night when the Beans got home from bowling, I started attacking Dad Bean's sock furiously- while he was wearing it. He said some bad words, tossed the sock onto the kitchen floor, and Mom got out the flashy box. Enjoy.
